Our Neighbourhood Mental Health Café offers local support for people who need immediate help with their mental health.
The sessions are a safe and calming space and our experienced team will be there to welcome you, offer you support, and help you connect with resources and community networks.
The Neighbourhood Mental Health Café works on a drop-in basis for anyone wanting to come and talk to us about their mental health – no appointment needed!

Parking is limited on North Street, especially during normal work hours, we encourage to to come on foot if possible. There are stairs to climb in order to access.
